Report no-shows and cancellations via CPA channels in a timely manner


 
 

Due to the occasion, we would like to remind you how to properly handle no-show bookings or cancellations of bookings via CPA channels (e.g. Google, Hotellook or Idealo).


Please update the new status of the booking in Seekda Hotel Manager no later than 8 days after the guest's scheduled departure date. After that, the reservation cannot be changed and the CPA commission will be charged accordingly by Seekda. Since we cannot at any time have information about which of your guests actually arrived or did not arrive, we unfortunately also have no way to automatically determine no-shows. Since the billing process is completely automated on our part, we ask for your understanding that we cannot make any exceptions accordingly!


In the Seekda Hotel Manager under the menu item Guests > Bookings you can quickly and easily check that all bookings via CPA channels have been correctly updated and correct their status if necessary by opening the reservation and selecting the appropriate option in the upper right corner.
