Privacy settings and deletion of personal data

In the Hotel Manager, under the System > Privacy menu item, you will find a configuration option that allows you to determine how long the Personal Identifiable Information (PII) should be stored after the departure date or price alert date. Once the PII is removed, the remaining reservation information remains available.
