It has never been easier to create and maintain your connections to OTA channels through Seekda with our new Self-mapping tool. You no longer need to make tedious lists and Excel files and contact our HTS team via email to complete the mapping. Now you can do it yourself and save a lot of time!
With our user-friendly interface, you can easily navigate to Interfaces > Connections in Hotel Manager. There you will find a comprehensive list of all external channels included in your contract. A simple click on the paper clip icon next to each channel opens the mapping page. Making the necessary adjustments to seamlessly match your rooms and rates is a breeze. And if you need help, we’ve created a handy guide with step-by-step instructions and visual aids.
There are many benefits to this update. Now you can instantly manage your seasonal inventory and rate changes without relying on HTS support. If errors occur or updates are needed, you can fix them yourself without having to contact our support team.
Initially, the tool is available for Booking, Expedia and Feratel. In the coming weeks, the feature will be extended to all other OTA channels.
