Sarah Schwaighofer, Reservation Manager at Stanglwirt, reveals in our interview what convinced her about Seekda and shares her experiences and impressions of switching to the KUBE Booking Engine. What convinces you as a channel manager about Seekda?
The various functionalities are extremely helpful for us to process online bookings quickly and efficiently. The interface connection to our PMS programme Fidelio also runs smoothly. Thanks to the wide range of options for additional services, packages, promotions and vouchers, we are also able to create attractive and customised offers for our guests. In addition, the user interface is very simple and clear, which makes it much easier to use. Another plus is the fast customer service, which is characterised by short response times and direct feedback.
What made you switch to KUBE?
For us, KUBE was a long-awaited desire to further optimise the customer journey and user experience for our online bookings. The improved and customised display options for different devices, as well as the increased performance, have had a very positive impact on our online bookings.
Which features do you find most interesting and useful for your hotel?
For our reservations department, the Rates & Availability tool plays a very important role because of its high usability and ease of use. The Guests and Marketing menu items are the most used features, helping us to provide effective guest service and to implement targeted marketing activities.
What are your impressions and experiences?
We appreciate the reliability of the solution over the years and the willingness to develop it further. Given our ambitious goals to provide our guests with a perfect online booking experience, we will continue to push the envelope with Seekda.
