Thanks to the close cooperation between Seekda and Booking.com, we have been able to introduce a new pricing model for quite some time, which has significantly facilitated the daily work of many customers. This is the Occupancy Based Pricing or OBP.
Current status: The standard price is currently defined by the standard occupancy (STD) according to Seekda. Only this value can be processed by Booking.com in the current standard model, further surcharges and discounts have to be set in the Booking.com extranet.
New status: The occupancy based price transmission allows you to transmit prices from minimum occupancy over standard occupancy to maximum occupancy to Booking.com. Booking.com can now process all prices from minimum occupancy to maximum occupancy with this pricing model.
Your benefits: With the OBP model for Booking.com you save yourself the manual price maintenance of the surcharges and discounts at Booking.com, at the same time you minimize frequent sources of error and also reduce your administrative effort.
