Take advantage of customer loyalty programs and not only gain a new customer base with this unique selling point, but also encourage your existing customers to make repeat bookings! With a steadily growing portfolio of local and international partnerships and the targeted use of loyalty programs, you can offer your guests attractive booking incentives and thus increase your conversion.
Howdoesitworkforthehotel? In your Hotel Manager under the menu item Marketing > Hotel Bonus you will find direct access to the loyalty programs. If you have already activated the KUBE, you can select the available partnerships and acquire points that your guests can collect during the booking process. Not yet using the KUBE? No problem, you will see an activation function for the Seekda Booking Engine.
Howdoesitworkfortheguest? The intuitive and user-friendly booking process of the KUBE remains and is additionally enhanced by the display of loyalty points. After the initial data selection, the guest gets the information how many points can be collected by completing a booking and can acquire them in the last step of the booking sequence by entering his membership number. The rewards are displayed accordingly on the booking confirmation.
