Flying Blue is live!

Seekda launches the next exclusive and international loyalty program for the hotel industry: From now on, Seekda Plus customers can offer Flying Blue miles to their guests in the Kognitiv Booking Engine! With the frequent flyer program of Air France, KLM, Aircalin, Kenya Airways, Transavia and TAROM, you can offer attractive incentives to over 18 million customers and thus generate more bookings.

Given the target group of these airlines, the program is primarily aimed at hotels that accommodate a large number of guests from the Netherlands, France and Belgium. This segment plays a very important role in Austrian tourism and accounts for more than 15% of total overnight stays. Accordingly, the KUBE is also available in Dutch and French!

Under the menu item Marketing > Hotel Bonus you can activate the Flying Blue customer loyalty program and then manage it directly in the Hotel Manager using an intuitive cockpit. After you have earned your first Flying Blue miles, you can configure the program.

Once you have activated your reward program and have sufficient credit, the amount in Flying Blue miles, based on the room booking value, will be displayed to guests:

On the check-out page, the guest has the option to enter and apply the Flying Blue service card number:

The points will be credited to the guest’s account 8 days after departure, if there is no cancellation or no-show message until then.
