Introduction​

Seekda Hospitality Solutions GmbH (Seekda, we, us) provides a hotel booking engine and other services to hotels, including a feature for generating secure payment links. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this payment link feature by both hotels and guests. The booking takes place under the Terms & Conditions of the hotel. 

  1. Provision of Accommodation and Ancillary Services 
    1. The Hotel shall provide the Guest with accommodation services, including but not limited to a room or suite as reserved, equipped with furnishings, linen, and other amenities as per the Hotel’s standards. 
    2. The Hotel may offer alternative accommodation arrangements such as hostel beds or shared room accommodations, subject to availability and the Guest’s consent. 
  2. Food and Beverage Services
    1. The Hotel operates on-site dining facilities, including a café, bar, and restaurant, which shall be available to the Guest for the purchase of meals, beverages, and alcoholic drinks as per the Hotel’s licensing terms. 
    2. The Guest may avail of room service for in-room dining experiences, subject to the Hotel’s operational hours and service policy. 
    3. The Hotel provides a mini bar in each guest room, stocked with a selection of snacks and beverages, which are available for purchase. 
  3. Wellness, Recreation, and Leisure Services
    1. The Hotel offers wellness facilities, including but not limited to a gym, swimming pool, and sauna, accessible to the Guest in accordance with the Hotel’s rules and regulations. 
    2. The Guest may book beauty salon and spa treatments, where available, subject to additional charges and appointment availability. 
    3. The Hotel may organize recreational activities and excursions, which the Guest can participate in, subject to separate terms and fees. 
  4. Business and Event Facilities
    1. The Hotel provides event hosting services, including the rental of banquet halls and conference rooms, complete with necessary equipment and catering options, under separate agreements. 
    2. A business center equipped with office machinery and offering secretarial support is available to the Guest, subject to usage fees and availability. 
  5. Additional Services
    1. Concierge services are available to assist the Guest with information, booking tickets, and making reservations for external services. 
    2. The Hotel may arrange transportation services such as taxis and shuttles for the Guest, which shall be subject to additional charges and terms. 
    3. The Hotel shall provide baggage storage services, under the Guest’s responsibility, within the limits prescribed by the Hotel’s policy. 

The services provided by the Hotel and addressed through these payment links are generally rendered contemporaneously with the Guest’s stay. Notwithstanding the foregoing, certain goods, such as vouchers, may be delivered irrespective of the Guest’s physical presence at the Hotel premises, as the nature of these goods allows for non-concurrent delivery. 

The Services rendered by the Hotel, as facilitated through the designated Payment Links, are provided in strict accordance with the Terms and Conditions set forth by the respective Hotel. These terms govern the delivery, quality, and reception of all services offered. 

  • Validity: Payment links are valid for up to 3 days from the time of generation. 
  • Purpose: Links are exclusively for settling payments for pre-booked hospitality services (hotel rooms, etc.) through the Seekda booking engine. 
  • PCI DSS Compliance: Seekda processes all payments in strict accordance with PCI DSS standards to ensure secure handling of guest financial information. 
  • Data Protection: The hotel does not have access to raw credit card or bank details when processing payments through the links. Guest payment data is only used for completing the transaction and is not shared with third parties not directly involved in payment processing. 

All transaction fees associated with using the payment links are borne by the hotel and will not be passed on to the guest. 

Guests are responsible for adhering to the cancellation policy outlined during the initial online booking process. 

In case of a payment dispute, Seekda will facilitate communication between the guest and the hotel to assist in reaching an amicable resolution.  

Seekda may use cookies, as required for technical reasons, to ensure the proper functioning of the payment link service.  

Seekda shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unforeseen technical issues, errors, or delays in the payment process unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on Seekda’s part.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. 

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of payment links.
