What convinced you to choose Seekda as Channel Manager?
Seekda is an optimal solution as Channel Manager. The perfect interaction between hotel management software and the most important channels offers us ideal conditions to market our hotel. The management of long or short term sales strategies of data maintenance are user friendly and time saving. In addition, there are many possibilities for integrating the system into our own hotel presence.
What convinced you to switch to the KUBE and which features do you find most interesting and suitable for your hotel?
It didn’t take much convincing to switch to the KUBE, since we have been using Seekda for many years as a channel manager and booking tool, we always appreciate the innovative developments. With the new KUBE, even as a “small” hotel, we were able to take another big step towards independent direct marketing. The user-friendly design, the simple operation and the fast, uncomplicated booking process is ideal for our guests. We have registered a confirmation of this since the changeover in a significant increase in KUBE bookings from our regular guests.
What are your impressions and experiences?
We have had a very good and innovative cooperation with Seekda for more than 10 years. From the very beginning, our focus was on increasing direct marketing and after comparing with alternative providers, we started our joint success story in online sales. The ambitious further development and optimization of the entire solutions on a market that constantly creates new framework conditions is decisive for us to continue to rely on Seekda.
